Terms and Conditions for Beckenham Foot Care

Thank you for choosing our clinic as your podiatry foot health provider.  We truly appreciate your support and will do our absolute best to provide you with exceptional health care solutions for many years to come.

To ensure we provide you and our other valued patients with the best possible care it is important that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below:

1. Be on Time - All patients are expected to arrive on time for each and every appointment.  We will do our absolute best to not keep you waiting also.

2. 24 Hours’ Notice of Cancellations -  As we are a busy and professional health provider, we request that all patients MUST accept and agree to our cancellation policy – as failure to attend scheduled appointment not only disrupts your treatment progress but also takes the appointment of another patient who may have been able to attend in your place.  If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment you MUST give us 24 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of equal to the cost of the appointment you scheduled will be charged – no exceptions.

3. Pay at the Time of Consultation – Consultation fees for all private patients are to be paid in advance and at the time of consultation.  Should you need an itemised invoice for private health insurers please ask our clinicians and these can be emailed across to you to send to your health insurer. 


Referrals appreciated - We are a small independent healthcare provider and the majority of our patients come via the kind word of mouth referrals and reviews from our current patients – just like you.  This reduces our need to waste money on expensive advertising and concentrate on what we do best – helping as many people as possible.  We thank you in advance for your kind verbal and written referrals, reviews and support .
